QUALITY POLICY

 

         The Management of CADE Logistics, assumes in first person the responsibility of Quality Management whose scope is: "Provision of logistics solutions with national scope, specialized in the integral process of distribution of goods including storage and last mile service." and aiming to provide services that fully meet the needs of our customers and external and internal users with maximum efficiency, having as a basis of our company to anticipate the needs of customers and exceed expectations.

 

           The Management sets out the following Quality Policy, on which the Quality Management System is based, and which will be reviewed periodically through the System Review by the Management:

    • Provide our customers with specialized home distribution services and related logistics services of high value with the required specifications.

    • Promote the optimization of processes, in order to achieve excellence in our service.

    • Provide our staff with the motivation, projection, equipment and infrastructure that allows them to carry out their tasks with an optimal level of efficiency.

    • Identify the risks and opportunities that need to be addressed to achieve intended outcomes, increase desirable effects and prevent or reduce undesirable effects and achieve continuous improvement.

    • Commit to compliance with customer, regulatory and legal requirements.

    • Implement sustainable actions focused on compliance with the SDGs and corporate social responsibility, with the utmost respect for society, our customers, our employees and the environment.
